LAURA

The face of mint & moose and person behind every email, every phone call, every consultation, every social media post and of course the flowers!  With a love of nature and the great outdoors it was inevitable that eventually it would shape my career. After a false start ,with a Psychology degree and wanting to work in mental health services within the prison services, I stumbled across floristry as an outlet. I found that calling for creativeness too irresistible and was hooked. I went back to studying (flowers this time, not brains) and then started working for other florists, to learn from the ground up. After several years and one baby later, I decided to take the plunge and make my dreams of becoming a self employed studio based wedding florist a reality. Now with over 13 years experience in the industry, its fair to say I still love what I do.   

OUR STYLE

Whilst we can create beautiful florals in many styles, our hearts belong to creating natural, textured, and interesting arrangements. Using combinations of seasonal foliages and blooms, drawing attention to each individual stem. Letting that one rogue flower get its moment. working with the flowers, not against them.

HOW WE WORK

Every wedding is unique, each couple has different likes and just as importantly, dislikes! There is not a one style fits all and rightly so. We aren't a big company, so you get a very personal and dedicated team led by Laura, who give it their all for every piece created. We work with local growers and suppliers where possible and use mechanics that are kinder to the environment to help reduce our non-recyclable waste without compromising on design.
